1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalcHub Australia ("CalcHub", "we", "us", "our") at calchub.com.au, operated by GreenHost (greenhost.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

CalcHub provides a suite of Australian-specific financial and business calculators accessible via our website. Our calculators produce estimates only based on the information you enter and publicly available data (such as ATO tax brackets and stamp duty rates).

3. Account Tiers

CalcHub offers three access tiers:

• Guest (free, no registration) — run any calculator and view results immediately. Download up to 3 PDF reports per session. No data is saved and email reports are not available.
• Free Account (free, email verification required) — save up to 10 calculations, 90-day calculation history, unlimited PDF downloads, email results to yourself.
• Pro (paid subscription, AUD) — unlimited saved calculations, full history, unlimited PDF and email exports, scenario comparison, access to Pro-only calculators.

4. Account Registration

To create an account you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring monthly charges until you cancel
• Provide valid payment information
• Stripe's Terms of Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit calculator results without attribution

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CalcHub — including but not limited to text, design, code, logos, and calculator logic — is the property of CalcHub Australia and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Your calculation data (inputs and results) remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you enter.

8. Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep calculator logic accurate and up to date (e.g. current ATO tax brackets, state stamp duty rates), we make no warranty that:

• Calculator results are error-free or perfectly accurate
• The service will be available without interruption
• Tax rates, thresholds, or other data are current at the time of use

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CalcHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including (but not limited to) financial losses resulting from reliance on calculator results.

9. Privacy

Your use of CalcHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.

10. Your Data Rights

You may at any time:

• Download all your personal data in JSON format from your Profile settings
• Delete your account and all associated data permanently from your Profile settings
• Correct your personal information from your Profile page

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, unless immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use of CalcHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
